- If I book online, should I schedule my appointment for the trial or for my wedding day?
The date and location you select online should be for your trial. However, please make sure to specify the date, time, and location of your wedding in the notes.
The Popartist who does your trial will be the same one present on your big day.
In any case, an account manager will contact you as soon as your request is received to confirm all details with you.
- How long does the trial last? How can I be sure I’ll find a hairstyle I love?
Your trial will last about 2 hours, depending on the chosen hairstyle.
- What happens after the trial?
We will reach out to you the day after your trial to check if everything went well and to confirm all the details with your Popartist for your wedding day.
- What if the trial isn’t successful?
If you haven’t found the perfect hairstyle, we can arrange a new trial, which will cost €199.
If the trial does not meet your expectations and you decide not to proceed with our services for your wedding day, you will only be charged €199 for the trial session.
- Is the trial mandatory? I want something very simple and natural.
Yes, the trial is essential. Based on experience, our Popartists do not offer bridal hairstyles without a trial. It’s a safety measure for both you and us, as we understand how important this day is and how much preparation it requires. Given the stress involved, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your hairstyle and that everything is agreed upon in advance with your Popartist.
- Who are your Popartists?
Our Popartists are independent professionals, highly skilled, experienced, and passionate about their craft. They are used to working at major events and are carefully selected for their adaptability and professionalism. Learn more about our selection process below.
- Can I choose my Popartist? Can I see their previous work?
Once we have selected a Popartist for you, we will connect you with them. They can share their past work with you. If you wish to change your Popartist, it will still be possible.
- Travel fees:
Quotation provided based on the location of both the trial and the wedding day.
- The date I want to book is not available yet—what should I do?
If your preferred trial date is not yet available on our website, you can book any date and mention your desired date in the notes!
- How are your Popartists selected?
We personally meet all our hairstylists to assess their techniques and products. Our selection process includes three steps:
1. Initial screening based on resumes and a phone interview to verify qualifications, diplomas, and interpersonal skills.
2. In-person evaluation, where we meet each hairstylist in real conditions for an at-home service trial. They are assessed on different styles (sleek blow-dry, curls, updos) by both their models and a professional supervisor. Only the best are selected.
3. Community feedback: After each appointment, clients rate their hairstylist. Every Popartist must maintain an average rating of **at least 4/5** to stay in our network.
- Can I book your services for a photoshoot?
Our prices apply to at-home services for non-commercial purposes. For commercial requests (filming, photoshoots, events, etc.), the Popartist reserves the right to request a price adjustment or decline the service. Please feel free to contact us in advance for a quote via email.
The most important thing: Rest assured, you will be pampered and treated like a Queen!
